    Lucky your 5-year-old wasn't turned in by a gang of little informers, encouraged by the pervasive atmosphere of fear and thuggery that necessarily attends public "education." What begins with coercion and confiscation can only end in injustice.

    Obama doesn't control the school system. You're attributing more power to the president than he actually has.

    Anyway, reading over the article, it appears as though the policy has good intentions, but it's being misinterpreted and misapplied at the lower levels.

    This is dumb. Public displays of affection do not qualify as sexual harassment, especially when done by a six-year-old. What moron interprets policy that way?
