At least she could say "climate change" a lot, since she claimed it to be such a big emergency that requires increased funding.

Hopefully Sessions prevails and there in no increase at all. Especially in lite of the pending budget ceiling 'crisis'.

No explanation for how the increased funding would be spent and she claims to be unaware of the inaccuracy of the climate models. Perfectly qualified for the EPA.
