- 3Posted by khalling 11 years agoHe is an outspiken critic against patents. Yet he is very bullish on his own copyrights and trademarks. He is certainly no friend to inventors or startups. I like to contrast cuban with a Peter Thiel. Also a Rand fan, he offers high school graduates opportunities to get involved with startups right away as an alternative to a traditional college education. - 2Posted by khalling 11 years agoAt the best, he doesn't understand property rights and is inconsistent in his thinking (not to mention rabidly obnoxious in his anti-patent stance) but I'm glad he got this one right.
