I totally agree about congress being controlled, but not by the spineless repubs. In fact, when you think about it, I also agree that they are both weak and spineless, and therefore, there's no way they can control anything ~ no backbone to enforce anything.

If this was a non-Democrat administration and a Democrat con-gress this would be enough to impeach and replace the president.
Since con-gress is controlled by unprincipled, weak willed, spineless Republicans, and since trading a racist, lying scumbag for a lecherous, lying scumbag is no improvement, I predict that someone akin to Janet reno will 'take responsibility', suffer no significant punishment, and receive multi million dollar annual pay employment at Goldman Sachs.
