The best sales people are those who deeply believe in the product they sell. Moderate Muslims are the sales force/front men supplying the finances for Jihad.
I have read the Qu'ran and talked with Muslims about religion face-to-face, including an ex PLO member who was brutally honest. If you don't know who the Palestinian Liberation Organization is, they were the Palestinian terrorists under Yassar Arafat who eventually became Hamas and Fatah. Though he was a member of the "propaganda" wing of the party, he was very honest when he said that the Qu'ran makes it very clear that there are two classes of people: believers and infidels (everyone else) and that believers have more rights.
I have heard many conflicting reports about what the Koran requires today.
The Koran holds many contradictory passages. How to resolve the contradictions? By applying the Abrogation Principle. Simply put, the verse more recently written takes precedence.
But no one has shown me a definitive, properly attested list of the verses in the order of their writing. So those who claim the Fighting Words are abrogated, haven't adequately shown that.
And in any case, those doing the fighting, clearly believe the Fighting Words are in full force and effect. And they act on it.
Now comes a legal scholar saying flatly: they who call themselves "moderate Muslims" are lying. Strategically lying to advance the faith.
