Drones used for hunting

I don't agree with the author of this article, but we probably look at drone use from different viewpoints.
He looks from the view of a hunter today and hunting as a sport.
My view is that hunting is for food production for my 'family' and that production is already limited by legislation. In one possible future it could be the only relaible way of feeding a family. Using any technology that improves those chances is moral and wise. It is no different than using a high power rifle, a scope, camouflage, or bait.

Agreed, we use fish finders on boats to see where the submariner beasts roam, so why not a scan or fly over 100 acres to see where the herd is feeding this morning?
I like the idea, and could see this being a tool to feed, not to hunt out the largest rack. Doesn't mean that some won't but thats no cause for more leviathan growth.

    Have fun yo!
