    TomSwift -

True. We do not live in a cosmos where the face accurately reflects the character of the individual. Nonetheless, to refer to someone as 'ugly outside' when one personally considers them to be 'ugly inside' is a not unreasonable form of venting. Regan/Hillary: Statesman/Hag - that pretty much sums it up. Both are of comparable ages, but our feelings about them are different.

Yes, childish...but where else can one vent these opinions?

I have heard that 'looking good' is being touted as a negative in a woman candidate.

Yeah, but if he took the 2M year hit for us, then we would be rid of H and N! Thanks, 5$ - that was very...altruistic...of you.

And Reagan had Alzheimer's. Not just a political accusation because someone doesn't like him, but a real diagnosis.

I agree, Bob... it isn't the age, it's the content of the mind in the body. If life expectancy is The Issue, she probably has enough years left (on average, anyway) to do the job. Even BO has turned grayish from the stress. Most Prezzies do.
But the content of her 'mind'? More scary than her age, to me!

I say Hillary has a good chance of winning the election for two main reasons. One, in 2016 political correctness will still trump rational thought, and two, the Democratic machine knows how to rig an election. Since the MSM is part of the machine, her age will be spun into a non-issue or even an asset. Speaking of MSM: Benghazi? Russian reset button? Obamacare? ... never heard of 'em... ;-)

Well they better be or they aren't worth the time.. Remember Mitt confronting Bo about Benghazi and mentioning his rose garden talk and how he didn't call it terrorism and then bo said he did call it terrorism (when he most certainly did not)..and Candy backed him up (the fucking moderator interjected her biased two cents!!) and then Mitt dropped it like a hot potato instead of hammering the point...and then never brought it up again in the subsequent debate. That instant, right there, when he backed down from calling bo out, was when he lost the election. He coward instead of getting stronger about his point... and THAT is what we're looking for and will support...strength of conviction. Nothing else will do.

I wonder if she would slip and bring up her being experienced because of being the 1st lady in Arkansas, ditto the white house, her run at a health care bill, her term as Senator, the unbelievable success at State etc. etc. That would be a gift to her opponent to ask questions about each one.

    Yea and verily.

If only whoever runs against her would use these against her. Bring them up and ask her why she lied.

Yes, she is too old and no amount of plastic surgery will change that.

But more than age, she is a card-carrying Communist.

No, but her record of lying and mismanagement should be.

I say that the word bitch aptly describes Hillary. She has a very nasty and arrogant manner which would tell us what she would be like as president. You can see it in her face and the way she acts and talks. The ultimate in arrogance is Obama, but Hillary isnt far behind. You can tell when she is lying because her lips are moving. She is an opportunist and deals with accumulating raw power.

None. Unless we were talking about someone other than Hillary. Many national figures have been rational (in a legal sense) and viable into their 90s. The real question is, what are their values? In the case of Hillary, Age won't matter because whether she's 28 0r 82, she is full of bad ideas and incompetency.

Or how she disembarked Air Force One in Bosnia/Kosovo "under sniper fire"...

I've heard from several sources that she is probably a bisexual and has some girlfriends in the past that can be brought in... to Swift Boat her...

She bumped her head and couldn't testify before congress for a year...

That "reset button" with Russia didn't work out too well... We're pretty much in a Cold War again under her watch.

She would be an old-looking 74 by the end of her first term.

It means her VP candidate will matter. Hopefully the voters will shun her if she runs with another Biden or Quayle as VP.

I don’t think age matters. What matters is character, ethics, cognizant abilities, honesty and being healthy. On every one of the above Hillary has to be disqualified.

Yes, I'd include her making that statement that if I were writing a SNL skit.
Come to think of it, this skit would make a great show opener
When Bill gets boack on Monica, Monica yells "Live from New York, it's Saturday Night!"
