So my answer would be 10 workers
I really want to know how they were folded to be so difficult to deal with. :)
How many gov't workers does it take to process 600 bills in an 8hr day? It sounds like the setup for a joke, but it's a word problem. The answer is 8 workers.
They're either lying or amazingly inefficient at doing basic tasks.
"The affidavit says Norris pulled away from a deputy who was attempting to place him in handcuffs. He eventually was wrestled to the ground, placed in custody and charged with criminal trespass and resisting arrest."
Up to there, he probably could have won his case about harassment.
But creativity doesn't always beget genius.
The time he spent (had to be astronomical) could have been used to get a petition signed demanding lowered property taxes, for instance. Annoying the government workers at the tax office, will not make his case...!
Now, it boggles the mind to imagine the time that it took to fold 600 of these!
I can only speak for myself, but my time can be better spent in some other form of protest. Handing them $600 worth of pennies would have made his point, and probably not have gotten him cuffed.
Just my opinion....
