Obama re-wrote the training rules so that DHS now has to jump through MORE hoops to deport illegals.

    This policy seems very reasonable, but I don't see them addressing the larger problem. We have an unofficial policy of looking the other way toward illegal immigration. I wish they could set some policy and enforce it rigorously.
