In the future, a cat will not be deprived of his right to serve on a jury. If you know the science fiction of L. Neil Smith, then bionically enhanced animals are acceptable. You are right, he would know what was going on. I have covered Council meetings as a reporter, where members did sleep, but voted anyway.
Maybe he should run for Congress, cats weigh things, make decisions, are not puppets.
I would love to see him on the jury.
