I'm trying to watch the State of the Union address. Obama is an embarrassment.

    Producing" is more fitting.

    Most of the numbers are pure lies. If the labor participation was the same as when he took office unemployment would be 10%. Some of the estimated numbers used to calculate GDP were changed to give a positive outcome. The economy is not improving.

    Couldn't bring myself to watch repeat the same old crap. If left in office long enough he would be a Hitler, Stalin, or like some mid east dictator. Good riddence.

    What is never mentioned is the real reason why the economy is making at least small gains, in SPITE of the obstacles.
    In anticipation of obama's term being almost over. Similar to one of the major reasons things tanked as bad as they did. In anticipation of him taking office.

    I'm still trying to figure out if he really believes this stuff or is just a plain liar. What would happen to the United States if everyone believed what came out of his mouth last night? What would happen if we all just went along with his plans?

    I neither watched nor listened to the SOTU. I didn't wish to pollute my senses with the garbage mixed with the B.S. that I knew was going to spew forth. I suppose he thinks if he tells us all is well often enough, someone will actually believe it. Sadly, a few people actually do believe it. I did pick up on Valeri Jarrett trying to justify what BHO said, but my gorge rose after a few minutes of that. I switched to the History Channel and then a little bit of Jimmy Kimmel and then off to bed. This morning I got a bad case of pundititis, so I picked up an excellent biography of John Adams and left the TV off. I feel better now. Cleaner too.

    Some one of his staff needs to lock him in the Oval Office with Surround Sound and force feed him all three parts of Atlas Shrugged along with the Prophecy and America and 2016 by Denesh Desuza. If I was such a staff member I would lock him in with Hillary just for some added shock value.
