I seriously screamed out loud upon reading this. Has Boehner lost whatever bit of brain he had left, to the black hole of Nancy Pelosi's cranial void?! What is going on with these supposed "voices of the people" up on Capitol Hill? Has LSD been slipped surreptitiously into the water fountains? This death spiral is gaining momentum, and no one has the balls enough to stop it.

Oh! Goody gum drops! He's just been re-elected as Speaker of The House... Doomed, we are.

    I understand the tactic of calling for a rapid vote, but that should come only when one's own members have fully understood the bill. When the leadership forces a rapid vote so as to hoodwink their own members, that is insane.
