Some friends of mine set up this business. It's basically a one stop defense shop for people who find themselves in trouble over self-defense shootings. For anyone involved in concealed carry issues, they might be the guys to call.

btw I saw Joe the Plumber on Fox last night talking about his AR-15 and he called a magazine a clip. You can go to Joeforamerican.com and correct his error... if you can sit backwards that long to type it up.

Have you had cause to use your Ninja stars yet? Did the expected one ever show up? You seem less frantic and on edge today. (Frantic isn't the right work for you, but I like it so I used it.)

Well, nobody wants you to explode. : )

It's good to see passion. If there was more of it, we probably wouldn't be in this mess as a nation.

LOL, I like you more and more every time you go on one of these impassioned spectacles. It is bs, in a big way, and completely unconscionable!

I thinks it's completely unconscionable that criminals have rights against the person they committed a crime against!! It's bs!! They committed a crime, there should be no hope of claiming any mental or physical damages against the person you were trying to rob, period!! The person is a criminal, and the courts that have allowed this bastardization of justice need to be examined, and ejected! The lawyers who take the cases as well. Oh, this just pisses me off!!

...for going 4 miles over? They didn't ask...just slapped me with a healthy ticket like I was trying to run over kids (after school hours I might add) instead of just trying to get to a parent teacher conference on time! That was a bad afternoon. (but at least my trunk wasn't searched...whew!)

This is exactly what is wrong with the world today. The criminal has more rights than the innocent victim. In my conceal carry class, I was taught to unload the magazine.... until the threat is no longer a threat...

A criminal, who initiated force (AND robbed someone) can sue their victim. That will never cease to amaze me. Evil has the upper hand.

Yes. I read an article-heck maybe in here- about a 90 year old guy who was robbed. While the thief was still in the house(armed) he was able to free himself and and get his shotgun. He was able to shoot the guy down, but not without getting shot as well. It took months to recover. While he was still in the hospital he was served with a lawsuit from the thief, excessive force, assault and battery, dangerous dwelling etc. He's still fighting. He did counter-sue.

    I can't get a way with driving 19 in a 15 mpr school zone so I don't think I'd try getting away with....that.

Yeah, he's good. It took a while, even though he was totally right, he still had lots of mixed feeling. When you value human life, it becomes hard to accept that you have taken one.

Might have made them open their minds to the reason we have the 2nd ammendment.

How awful for your friend! Those guys who broke in were looking for trouble. They met it full force. I'm glad your friend wasn't hurt!

I knew someone who had to defend himself in a home break-in. Two people, he killed one and the other lived. He was an avid hunter and his wife had recently passed. He was so shook up afterwards, he called 911 and stood in the middle of the road in his undies waiting for the police. Fortunately, they were very supportive of him, although the intruders did shoot first, and the NRA got involved. He was a hero, except for a few neighbors. I kinda wish they had gone into the neighbors house instead :)

A good example of how the 'market' fills in the gaps between what is available and what is needed.
