Now one can only hope others in the house force his hand and if necessary shame the sun tan off him... Still, it was good day to at least see Reid replaced... Although one could argue the prospects for McConnell... I would say anyone was better than Reid.

Unfortunately, I think Boehner is representative of the Republican Party and all that it stands for. He is most definitely their guy! We have worked for decades to give this party the power of the purse so they can right this ship and every time we give them the reigns they let us down fiscally. Perhaps it is time for us to learn from our mistakes.

I just called my Rep and asked him to vote for someone other than Boehner. He has proven he is not fit to be Speaker.
