Joe Biden has reached a new level creepy... and it goes ignored.

And her father said nothing of this startling contact. This is what abuse of power looks like. Just smile like nothing inappropriate is happening. How disgusting.

Just when you think he can't.. he does. Actually, I'm just as creeped out by the dads' lack of reactions as I am of Biden's actions. Disgusting on both sides.

I almost always do that because the copy/paste in our text boxes doesn't work so well. copy, erase, paste works pretty well if you're not writing too much.

Abuse of power is evil, period.
Yeah, it's dangerous when you call out a stranger for doing something wrong.
    You want to live forever?

Well...let's just say my line is drawn in the sand. I stand on the same side as children. Anybody steps over is getting hurt. Period...

Well, you can do so in a word processor first. For some of my longer posts, I'll do that since this dialog entry box is limited to about 4 lines.

Every time I hear some nut case lefty making fun of Sarah Palin and how they would never want her one heartbeat away from the Presidency I point to something Joe has said or done.

I can't see what is in the mind of uncle Joe (not sure I want to), but the plethora of examples of unwarranted familiarity do give me the creeps. That said: He is at best a court jester... It could be worse. So far at least we have heard no stories involving cigars...

I wouldn't go into a room with a creepy uncle like that let alone allow my kids around him just to keep the peace within the family. No way!

Well, Abaco, I would hope that if you were present when some creep, no matter his station, was getting cozy with your daughter YOU would get in his face, pronto without hesitation. That's what good Dad's do.
I have a pet peeve. I used to think it was just about adults not calling out kids on their bad behavior. (Parents, teachers, etc) because they don't want to take the time and energy to address it or they don't want to risk hurting feelings or embarrassing them... this is important and there's a right way to do it. A short discussion as to why what they did was wrong. I now realize this peeve applies to adults who don't confront other adults on rude, intrusive, pushy, bullying behaviors. I don't care if the person is your gardener, your mailman, your store clerk or the vice president...if he's being inappropriate with your kid you SAY something! Or, if they're trying to ruin freedom, you stand up and SAY SOMETHING. The silence is deafening and the bully is free to go on bullying. Evil thrives when good people do nothing. This abuse of power with young girls is EVIL.

I don't know. I find this creepy. And, if anybody puts a knee to the groin of Biden you can rest assured the Secret Service will be on them like white on rice. (Close friend of mine just retired from the SS). This reminds me that I'll need to make a point to my daughter to remove a man's hand in this situation...

Ever see the photos of Clinton gawking at teen girls who would visit the White House? Given his proclivity it's beyond creepy and actually funny.
