We're all entitled to our sentiment, but I think we can all agree that mockery of the dead is - at least - in poor taste. And for what? This doesn't inform the conversation, or make anyone "safer" - this is just gunsploitation. Is denying our right to them a numbers argument? A moral argument? In any case, cars, salt, sugar, and stress kill many, many more.

He looked very silly on that rant. The reality is that celebrities exploit these controversies to get a laugh and to make money and increase their fan base. Jim Carey is no different than any of the other ordinary people who genuinely believe that guns need to be highly regulated or outright banned. He just happens to be high profile. I guess that's all the more reason to fight back. Still Gutfield didn't speak very well on this issue.

Given Carrey's downward spiral in the box office it doesn't suprise me that he is resorting to sensationalism to stay in the public spotlight. Same as Michael Moore. The best is to ignore both and not flatter them with ANY comments good or bad.

Why do the Jim Careys and Piers Morgans, guests in our country, think they have a right to decided how we should run it? Do you think they'd like it if anyone went to Canada or the U.K. and made hideous comments about the lack of gun rights?

The Jim Carrey video is an excellent example of what Dr. Angelo Codevilla means when he talks about The Ruling Class and The Country Class.

This is a measuring stick of just how far Hollywood has fallen to the left. Heston was an icon. Was he ever in anything as stupid as Dumb and Dumber or Ace Ventura? Who cares what Jim Carrey thinks?
