I think one of the most salient points is the period of peaceful enlightenment of Reason-roughly 1815-1914 in the World. Also, this is the period of tremendous invention.

Thank you for providing this lecture. It was an interesting review... a walk down memory lane. These basic truths are fundamental and irrefutable when examined and expressed so clearly. It is a matter of amazement to me that so many go through life without examination of their metaphysics and epistemology, yet cling doggedly to their subjective beliefs.
