A patent will give you full property rights to your invention as well as protection used for inventions, designs, improvements to or new combinations of existing technology ,even some genetically engineered organisms and computer programs.     it's true it's in the wrong category. But many gulchers have initially made an appearance with their business. I'm just surprised at the response. you can flag it if you wish

    Did you walk in and throw your book up without establishing yourself here first? I am in favor or promotion in its place, and the gulch is not commercial tv (unless the owners decide it is.)

    You do have incorrect data on your website. 85% of patent litigation is by NPEs. That 's not true. The majority of patent litigation is undertaken by operating companies. The data is out there and clear. Please don 't continue spreading those wrong claims.

    We don't allow advertising in the gulch? We have a category for it. Straight and I sell our books in here all the time. Pretty savvy of them to assume there 's inventors in the gulch if you ask me...we promote capitalism in here.
