Expecting common sense from the power mad supreme court is foolish.
They are operating far beyond the powers given by the constitution and they are politically driven.
Take away their power to expand central government, and only let them pass judgement that reduces central power, and returns liberty to individuals. That is the reason the SC exists, and no other.

Something smells fishy to me. We will all pay at the grocery store and the poorest will be hurt the most. How about if someone started farming the smelt?
