Yes, but it is being enabled and even supported by government itself. I absolutely don't excuse the illegals, but I fault even more those telling them to apply - which include our President.

If I were President, I'd cite this as a reason to shut down the whole program. I'd make people come up with safeguards to any of this and insist on a personnel review in the IRS before even countenancing program reinstatement (which I would object to on ideological grounds anyway).

Did it ever occur to any one that the fraud was being committed by illegals?
