Holder needs to be thrown in jail, along with every other DoJ and FDIC stooge that touched this.

Based on "personal preference" could be seen as the agenda of the left. If they get away with this, what is the next little step in moving closer to a complete takeover? Can't get what you want with legislation, just have the alpha agencies regulate the shit out of it. Easy enough to accomplish with the current crop of chicken politicians in the House and Senate.

Heck, the guns & ammo industry is large enough, they could form their own credit union and open it to all the other groups targeted by Choke Point! I'd join too!

Oh, and Bitcoin dealers are already being audited.

Choke Point was in the public record as soon as the initial call for it (actually a threat to audit banks) went up on FDIC's web site 6 months ago. I'm sorry that you were so late to the party. The porn industry (including individual performers in it) appears to have been hit first and hardest.

Your friend is one of many lawful firearms/ammo business owners who've been shut out of their banking accounts for solely engaging in that line of business. Choke Point is a huge danger to the market economy.

An honorable attorney general would not put up with such lowdown crap.
Old dino never thought he would live to see one who would actually supervise such evil.
Libtard ends ideologically rationalize Team Holder's sneaky vermin ruinous means.
Such misery spread by a pack of dirty Marxist rats is just what our economy needs.
I call such an underhanded agenda for fundamental change criminal economic treason.

Someone in this administration needs to go to prison. For a long time. They think they can do this and just say "oops, sorry"?

What would be next? Beer and liquor companies? Maybe the sports industries. Hmmm. Hollywood? What an abuse of power to blackball business based on personal preference. To quote an old favorite..."who watches the watchmen?" To have the freedom to do what we "ought", there must also be freedom to dissent. And sorry, Washington, that includes 'unsavory' businesses.

I wonder if any of the gun shops or ammunition companies have looked to the internet crowd lending sites for expansion loans. Or if they have tried bitcoin as an alternative to credit cards. That might be a viable way of circumventing the "Operation Circle Jerk" brought on by our DOJ.

I'm glad you mentioned that. We've had plenty of discussions here about why the federal agencies are buying up massive quantities of ammunition for "training" purposes. This has driven up the retail price of ammunition and most of us tend to believe that the purpose is to create a long-term shortage.

Payday loans places and firearms dealers have been the two most highly targeted industries in this policy. It's a covert assault on the peoples' right to bear arms since all the legislative attempts have been shot down by the Supreme Court.

Friends of mine run a bullet factory in Pennsylvania - they haven't been able to borrow money for expansion or to open merchant accounts with banks to process credit card sales. I thought they were kidding me about this.

Yeah - Whatever you do, don't try to improve the economy and financial education levels of the citizens. Just choke off what is often an avenue of last resort for the slaves...

It might be appalling, but it is not surprising. By any means necessary.
