He's appealing to the SCOTUS.

I'm not sure of your argument. Is it that there is a conspiracy to cover up the truth of how America dealt with "Native Americans" and Ward Churchill is a victim of that conspiracy regardless of his record of academic misconduct?

If Obama gets another four years, he'll probably pack the SCOTUS with a few more Constitution-ignorant "justices." For now at least, Churchill has more than a snowball's chance in hell for vindication.

The United States' dealings with Native Americans is one area in which I disagree with Ayn Rand. The United States has made treaties with Native Americans, and has systematically, dishonorably violated those treaties.

The United States has been after Ward Churchill for decades for telling the truth in his signature work Agents of Repression: the United States framed Leonard Peltier for the murders of FBI agents Coler and Williams on the Jumping Bull Ranch property (that's right, *property*) in Pine Ridge Reservation, South Dakota, June 26, 1975.

Warning to the knee-jerk reactions: read Agents of Repression by Ward Churchill and Jim Vander Wall, read In the Spirit of Crazy Horse by Peter Mathiessen, and read The Trial of Leonard Peltier by Jim Messerschmidt (if you can find a copy the FBI hasn't destroyed), so you know what the hell you're talking about and don't embarrass yourself.
