Add the extra wages, electric increases, delivery charges added to pay for gas increases, rise in food cost to pay for all this in each level of a business, WTF.... I got news for her, I'd like to shove a big mac right down her throat.. 4 cents Then you have to wonder where these workers that are increasing their productivity are??? Seems most of them are producing less and expecting more unearned wages. As a restaurant owner, I reserve the right to give someone a wage increase when they deserve it, not to be mandated. Just another reason to not hire any new workers, but she wouldn't understand that either.

Well...she sure seems takes her retardedness seriously. I love how the non business owners are so convinced that they're right when there's an actual business owner telling them they're wrong. But then again..."they didn't build that".

messing with the minimum wage has seriously messed up the hospitality industry already. Back before Clinton the minimum wage was a great deal lower, and had not moved for a long time. When I was in high-school I was making 3.65 an hour washing dishes. The place I worked at was pretty much all high school and college students who needed to make some money, and get some sort of experience. Those jobs are no longer available to inexperienced students. To survive the industry increasingly relies on illegal labor working under the table, or with a fake ssn. As the minimum wage goes up the availability of entry level work decreases.

This is why she is an idiot, along with all her other Keynesian terrorists. People like that shouldn't be allowed to order food at a drive-thru window, let alone give opinions about money.
