He certainly gets it... Our Dear Leader and his regime has done nothing but stoke the flames of racial hatred in their actions since they have occupied (and desecrated) their offices.

I'm sorry to call you on this Sheriff Clark. but your statement: "Anytime a law enforcement officer uses force that takes a life, it deserves a thorough, transparent vetting, investigation, we all agree with that." is blatantly false. We can no longer trust our police systems nor that our police will be held to the same accountability as the rest of us.

Now you want people to react to things the way you imagine them? I am not following your wanderings.

He definitely strikes me as a strong leader. Refreshing to hear someone say it like it is.

Sheriff David Clarke is a straight shooter and one with a level head. Saw him this evening on Megyn Kelly's show on FNC. This guy needs to run for Pres.

I agree with what this sheriff is saying. I wonder, though, how he would react if the facts had turned out differently. Say the police had been nervous and in a high-crime neighborhood where they didn't live. They approached a suspect abruptly who flinched at someone suddenly jumping in his face. The suspect pushed him away. The police officer had a war mentality and shot and killed the suspect. It turned out the suspect was doing nothing wrong and had no serious criminal record but the police union tried to use a misdemeanor conviction four years earlier for drunk and disorderly conduct to show he was one of those bad people who probably did something to make the police shoot him. Then suppose all kinds of anti-racism anti-brutality people descended on the town . Would he still be against that?

I believe people wish that this were a case as I imagined above, an example of how bad policing leads to tragedy. It is *not* an example of that, but people are not letting the facts get in the way.
