Good point. You would have to add the cost of getting yourself to China to buy that "cheaper" cup of coffee in Beijing. It wouldn't be so cheap then.

Nice article. Some things never change. All data is manipulated to confirm a point of view. Personally, I rather pay a higher price for Starbucks in Ann Arbor than China even if my dollar has a higher purchasing power in Beijing.
