Last night, Ted Cruz took to the Senate Rostrum and delivered an updated version of Cicero's denouncement of Catiline.

Catiline was a Roman Senator seeking to overthrow the Roman Republic.
Cicero went to the Senate rostrum and called Catiline out.

This is what real leadership looks like.

I would call Ted Cruz a true patriot. I do not get into worshiping anyone in politics but I would love to shake this guys hand and to thank him for his work to save our country.

I certainly do not see him as a statist. I have heard him speak many times and an equal number of interviews and I find him to be a genuine leader that believes in our constitution. I have also heard his father who I migrated from Cuba. IMHO Ted Cruz is one of the few good reps in the senate.

    I'm not sure either.

I know the piece that Cruz was riffing off of.
IMHO, he was doing this to shame the Senate & GOP Leadership.

    Like a f***ing boss.
