Coffee needs altitude for Arabica. Robusta can handle warm year round but not as good a product:

I was told to have an ample supply of that, too. This is one of the reasons why Panama zoomed up in the rankings. We need to be between 20 degrees of the equator or depend on imports of chocolate and coffee.

Probably as vital as the supply of coffee.

I have been told by numerous Gulchers that a chocolate supply is an absolute must for Atlantis, and I haven't even started hoarding it yet.
