    Well, if a fine had been imposed by the government, then the government would be the one to collect the money, when the money ought to go to the victim. So I think lawsuits are a better approach than fines (and a lawsuit is exactly what's happening in this case).

    I think the whole story is bogus. I don’t see anything in the letter that suggest anything different then what they stated. They hinted at without disclosing that the trans-sexual seeking the kidney transplant wasn’t going to the appointments as required.

    This does sound biased. I would not be surprised to learn it was confusion instead of political bias. Usually there's more poor organization in the world than organized conspiracies.

    She wasn't denied healthcare b/c the healthcare still happened. They just denied themselves the business.
