    Poul Anderson wrote a novel many years ago (1959) concerning parthenogenesis. It was called "Virgin Planet". Very ahead of its time in some ways.

    I'm pretty sure your audience in here is NOT irresponsible woman. Admittedly you make a couple of good points BUT would you have us leave the country? What's the solution? I think irresponsibility is across the board. Maybe some just feel more sorry for a woman who's made bad choices than they do for a man. Maybe THOSE people are the problem (the ones who have too much sympathy for bad choices). Or Maybe it's those stinkin' babies that those darn woman make all by themselves that are the real root of all the problems. Self impregnation should be outlawed!
