This shows some promise, but I have many hard to describe fears about it, mostly about the kinds of institutions that will want to have something to do with it.

    if you have "hard to describe fears," put reason to it. like, the govt will control the industry through taxation and regulation and pseudo science nay-Sayers

    It is about time someone took advantage of this resource. It is abundant and relatively clean. I am sure some environmental wacko group will try to interfere because disturbing the ocean bed may scare some sea slugs...
