This is due to the welfare state. It has promoted single parenthood. There is no family structure. No Mother to watch over them, no Father to set a stern example. This is not just a black thing, there are plenty of white single mothers. I have read that 3 of every 5 children are born to a single mother, no Father in the picture except to provide the sperm to father the child. No support except for the government and our taxpayer dollars.

That includes teachers. In the past few days, the third assault this year on a teacher occurred at Bartram HS, Phila., Pa He was knocked flat.
