Massive Fraud at Chase covered up with AG's help

The mouchers are on every side. Collusion between the DOJ and Chase to conceal fraud. This is one of the reasons that I seldom rush to the quick defense of businessmen in this country as many objectivists seem to. The James Taggart's far outnumber the Hank Reardens.

Wow great find on the article. I was thinking about your James Taggart vs Hank Rearden comment and if you compare Rearden Steel to the massive global corporate conglomerates of today I don't think there is a comparison. Rearden Steel or maybe a comparative venture like Microsoft, Apple, Virgin, etc. are really peanuts compared to the global financial markets who are run by the mysterious and ever-changing cogs in the giant machine that produces nothing of any actual value.

So, the government policies encourage practices that create a foreseeable tsunami, create too big to fail through cronyism, stay loyal, perpetuating the monster with only token fines, and a wink and a nod, probably to hide their complicity. Meanwhile only the little guy pays. Nope, nothing new here. Clowns to the left of me jokers to the right...

thanks. I don't really watch those things much either plus or minus. Not sure why it would be dinged. Seems like a very well researched article. And I have a friend who was basically destroyed by FINRA during a whistle blowing thing at Merrill Lynch. But I post for me. Not for points.

To me a down vote on an article like that is either a vote that you don't believe it's true (in which case I wish the person would just argue their point) or you are in favor of fraud. Seems like a false dilemma but I don't think so.
