Wishing to live in the darkness even if only for an hour, illustrates perfectly the amount of illumination these folks bring to the discussion of legitimate environmental issues and solutions.

No edit. I wouldn't worry about that number. Somebody has to be at the top. Now if that number was negative... That would be embarrassing!

After having lived on a sailboat for many months, that did not have electric lights or a refrigerator, I can say without any qualms, I love electricity!!! I use it often and with vigor! I power saws, my house, computers, et al, with absolutely NO SHAME OR GUILT. It's what separates me from the beasts. I'm extremely put out when it doesn't work. I need lights to draw, paint, read these wonderful posts. My lights will be on with pride this evening. Anyone who thinks I should be in the dark, is already there.

A was my first guess. Give me a point...(not really, just figuratively.) You're dealing with an electrical moron here....these things aren't immediately apparent to me...and your plans for leftist usually involve a tree so....understand my temporary confusion. (and it was funny anyway...as always.)

Love it? I didn't even understand it. You're running up their electric bill, using excess electricity, or sending currents in the hopes of jolting the inhabitants? Or D) all of the above?

I vanquish earth hour every year by turning on every light in the house and idling my car in the driveway for the full hour.
