It's So Easy To Steal Stuff With Civil Forfeiture Cops Are Getting Picky
In the article they specifically mention Las Cruces, NM. This is the same place where they have had several incidents of forced xrays and invasive procedures checking for drugs, leaving innocent victims with a hefty hospital bill.
