Well.....at least someone has some brains.....Then he says something about an epidemic. Theirs only one problem(actually many) there is no epidemic. The word epidemic is used so often in these situations is utterly pathetic because once they say IT'S AN EPIDEMIC everybody runs for the hills. OK so 5000 people die in new york because there fat???? Or is it 5000 people die of other things and then just blame it on there fat? 8,244,910 is the number of people in new york. The percentage of the "epidemic" is .0006%. Anybody that has the size of an ants brain or bigger can tell you that it is nothing or anything close to an epidemic. These are facts, nobody can dispute facts unless you live in your mind.

Major Airhead thinks that by taking and being the first official state to be a socialist society will propel the US into a new age of dictatorship. ( well that's just my take on it )

(though that other one was this, copy and paste is my best friend.lol)

Judge Fingling quite properly based his ruling on the fact that the City was in violation of its own charter. Clearly, the Mayor needs only to pressure the City Council to appeal the Charter, something he's had success doing in the past when he found the tenants of the document frustrating to his quasi-fascist agenda. Apparently, this time as a lame duck, he has no remaining political coinage enabling him to pervert the law. My condolences Mr Mayor. One less progressive battle ribbon for you in your soon to be announced Presidential study group.

Have we really come to this? The mayor is NYC, who is a public officer, whose salary is paid by the people, think it necessary to spend his time "banning the sale of large sugary drinks". I feel like this is out of some comedy movie. What a joke!!!
