A Few Questions on Obamacare for Our Legal Scholars
Given:
1) Millions of people are having their insurance policies cancelled.
2) Ocare was sold/forced under the lie of the ability to keep existing policies.
3) There are Democrats on record who have said that the goal of Ocare is the destruction of the private insurance market and the implementation of single payer.
Then:
1) Can the American people affected by this intentional Trojan Horse file a class action lawsuit for Tortious Interference of Contract?
2) If so, against whom?
3) If liable parties, could those parties be sued professionally/personally/both ?
