It's healing up all wrong. Not a good idea. (Pretty sure the GW shoppers aren't too curious...considering how some of them look. But hey, maybe it will help keep them out of my way.)

Skin which has just been tattooed needs to be heavily moisturized, usually with petroleum jelly, so that it heals faster.
