Sen. Rand Paul: My filibuster was just the beginning
On February 19th 2009, at the start of Dear Leader's first term, in response to Dear Leader's policies, Rick Santelli spoke his mind in what was later called "The Rant Heard 'Round the World".
From that rant, the Tea Party was born.
On March 6th 2013, at the start of Dear Leader's second term, in response to Dear Leader's policies, Rand Paul filibustered in the U.S. Senate in what will be called "The Filibuster Heard 'Round the World".
From that filibuster, the Tea Party will be reborn.

“Time to hold back has long past.” The long silent majority will have to speak or the vocal minority will. Without sizeable TEA party like numbers demonstrating even high profile voices are at risk.
“One thing…. increase your profile.”
That does seem to keep some people alive. I’m generally skeptical regarding conspiracy theories, but, look at Breitbart, the Vince Foster “suicide”, the “plane crash” that killed Ron Brown, the JFK magic bullet, Oswald etc. Mysteries, yes, but one must wonder how easily the politically powerful could make someone, anyone, of a political danger disappear.
Tyranny is a powerful weapon, especially when used to frighten masses into silent submission.
Regards,
O.A.
One thing that I have learned personally, is that the best way to stay alive in situations where mob like beings run everything is to increase your profile. That way people miss you if you suddenly aren't there any more. Paul is smart to raise his profile, because unlike Sonny Bono, he is less likely to "accidently" run into a tree while skying. The dirty insects who corrupt everything like to hide in the dark, and they are powerless when the light comes to find them and makes a lot of noise. Rand Paul is going to pick up where his dad left off, and that is good for most of us who hang out at this site. It's our kind of politics. The kind where people are honest, and...................dare I say? Good!
