For a guy who is always talking about people being disenfranchised making that 2/3 statement disenfranchised 100% of the people who did vote and were good citizens. Admit it Barak elections have consequences!

Those who override Obama will not only get no Dem $ in the future, they will also get the IRS sic'd on them.

Democrats will only override Obama vetoes when donkeys fly. Republicans can disagree with each other, but no dissent is permitted amongst the left.

I'm not so sure. The next national election will include the Presidency and that brings out many more Dems. They are likely not going to face another tough election until '18, and that's a long time from now. Plus, many of them support these policies, even if they don't dare state that publicly, since most of them actually want to continue getting elected.

In his mind, he (and Dems) actually won, but we don't realize it because 2/3 of those eligible to vote didn't - but of course, they would have voted Dem. So really, we're all just stupid and don't understand that the Dems actually won.

If he pushes too hard then enough Democrats may join with Republicans to over ride his vetoes. Politically very embarrassing and it may bring him back to earth.

Of course not. He threw them under the bus a long time ago. He's a tyrant, he doesn't need no stinkin' congress. And the fact that they ran away from him (and his policies) just causes him to believe even more that he doesn't need them.

It'll be difficult to understand what he's saying for a while, what with him trying to speak around the foot so firmly planted in his mouth.

Your analysis is right on. Moreover, when the Democrats pressure him to back off, I doubt that he will.

I think he knows the Republicans really don't want to impeach the first black President and thus far he has gotten away with more than he should. Democrats who have to run in 2016 will probably pressure him to back off. The next two years will be interesting.

You nailed it, Rich. He certainly has earned a set of impeachment proceedings. Obama's behavior is about like that of a three year old most of the time.

It is possible he is trying to push the Republicans so they begin impeachment proceedings. The press would paint them as racist and extremists. It's going to be a bumpy ride I'm afraid.

Agreed. I am hoping Biden and the other party elders take him aside and tell him to back off but I'm not sure he'll listen.

$5Au is of the opinion that we are in for two years of a vindictive president seeking to smash his political opponents like never before in retribution for the spanking he got last Tuesday.

This guy has lost all credibility. How can anyone respect him? We will find out in the next 2 years who Obama really is. (As if we don't already know)
