Right on the heels of the IRS, the Houston Mayor - and now possibly the FEC - attempting to quash political speech, now we get this in Wisconsin.

Someone needs to prosecute and jail this guy forever. I'm thinking a class-action lawsuit by everyone in Wisconsin for trampling their free speech rights and having the guy charged with crimes against humanity.
