    It would take too much time or money true. A valid search warrant fixes that. Great point about the idiot.

    Why would the FBI openly admit that they can't get thru the encryption? This is now common knowledge for terrorists and drug traffickers.

    Right. That is how they shut down dissent. "If you have nothing to hide... " In this scenario you are put on the defensive. If you object you must be hiding something... Principle is irrelevant... Makes me sick. That seems to be the mentality of so many who are willing to sacrifice a little at a time till there is nothing left... Being human means you sometimes do things that may be embarrassing, even if not illegal.
