I know things are bad but this is a bit extreme.

    A woman was arrested in Pittsburgh this summer for walking down the street with no top on. Wonder if this happens in other towns?

    "Police responded, and were forced to chase after the man who started running. Police say he resisted arrest, so they were forced to use a Taser to take him into custody."
    A lot of forcing going on. Whose doing the forcing is obscured by the passive voice.
