IRS Overstepping Bounds Once Again

There are procedures to follow, but this appears to be Guilty until Proven Innocent by the IRS.

- 4Posted by ObjectiveAnalyst 9 years, 5 months agoWhen and if she is found to be innocent will the IRS pay the interest on her credit cards and make up for any other losses... be sued for emotional distress? Will the guilty parties be punished. fined, imprisoned? This is a common, big problem. Why are government agents shielded when average citizens are not. Didn't we fight a war of independence and set up a system where all would be equal under the law... that there would be no kings or royalty?
