Latin for "dysfunctional." Need I say more. (Note: Romans didn't use the letter "U" as curved lines were a pain to make with a hammer and chisel. This is also why they wrote in what we consider upper case.)

Funny, but no. You just making a joke and seeing how many people you rope in?

DYS is a greek prefix. I know that for sure.
FUNCTION I am pretty sure carries over directly from latin to english.

See, I told you ladies Latin would come in handy!

And nothing works like a good across the board slash and burn. NOT!

Yet they made a Q? I bet the chisel guy hated that. Sorry, I'm being a smart A double S here...khalling is starting to rub off on me. And what she just said is spot on by the way. :) (Manipulation and cry baby tactics... across the board.)

hey, good lesson, professor. they are doing the standard thing our state govt always did when they ran up against a balanced budget constraint. first: cut back all essential personnel, services. second: keep all nonessential programs and hiring going full speed. then everyone would grouse and infrastructure would suffer and we'd pass a new law to increase the budget of this or that essential thing separate from their regular budget and end up with more SEQVESTER
