SCOTUS: Public Enemy Number 1

There is alot of shop talk in this talk regarding significant decisions in patent law recently. Why I am posting this is for the Q & A at the end. There was a recent WSJ article discussing software patents which were recently revoked. As we knew would be the case, no big banks ' pants were revoked none of the big software patent holders like Google were revoked -they were all startups. Due process is not happening at the patent office. Perhaps those of you out there against software patents thought the law would be applied equally. Hmmm

    the malfunctioning link in the title comes with "id%3D51483" at the end, while this one has "id=51483"

    One more example showing the need for the gulch to allow original poster to make changes to the post and the link.
