Legalized Murder For Every Woman. Massachusetts Legalizes Abortion Up To Birth As Liberals Cheer.

Excerpt:
"Massachusetts Democratic Governor Maura Healey has signed into law a measure that effectively permits abortion through all nine months of pregnancy, right up to the point of birth. Liberal women packed the room and gleefully cheered as she put pen to paper.

The previous statute restricted abortions after 24 weeks to specific circumstances: preserving the life of the patient, physical or mental health, lethal fetal anomaly, or a grave diagnosis incompatible with sustained life outside the womb without extraordinary intervention. That framework is now gone.

The new law, deceptively titled the "Prioritizing Patient Access to Care Act" (H.5595), states that an abortion may be performed by a physician based solely upon the professional judgment of the physician. No medical review process can override that judgment and the patient's decision."

My (now ex-) wife and lost a full term perfectly healthy girl when my ex had a seizure on the delivery table. Almost lost the wife, did lose our daughter. The thought of someone willfully killing a human that is mere minutes from being born (now legal in Massachusetts) makes me angry almost beyond any self-control. When I saw them all laughing around the governor's desk as she signed it, it was as close as I've ever been to understanding what goes on in the mind of a mass murderer. I lost a small chunk of my day as I tried to reel my emotions back in. How can anyone justify cold blooded murder? I'm still really upset about both the law itself and the apparent glee they all showed in that clip. Sorry for the rant, everyone.

Sanger is literally quoted telling the Democrats that "We can NEVER let the blacks know this is about them..." and the pastors will make sure to push that version in their communities, in case it starts to leak.

LMAO. And then they get them to STAND IN LINE and SCREAM FOR IT.

      Truly Amazing.
      Truly Sickening.
      Truly Disgusting...

The most dangerous place in America... Is being in a black woman's uterus!

For me, seeing a baby, particularly a happy baby ALWAYS brings a smile to my face. It doesn't matter the color, gender whatever. They instantly get a warm place in my heart. The thought of killing them changed my mind on abortion!

The same people that scream about animal abuse.
I understand and agree with a woman's right to do what she wants with her own body, -but- once a woman is pregnant, sorry, but that body is now SHARED by two or more individual humans, and the small one(s) have rights too.
If the woman didn't want to be is this position, she should have inconvenienced herself ~ever so slightly~ by using, or insisting on, birth control.
Sorry if the Catholics don't like it.
I can see exceptions to this only in the case of rape or incest.

Wrong -- One human being's rights can't violate another's rights. This fails to distinguish what causes rights to apply - a that is being an independent entity. A fetus is biologically a parasite, not an independent living thing.

We can make laws re late term abortion, but that only makes sense in the context of assigning rights early for cultural/ethical reasons. Potential and actual need to be distinguished. To not do that is ethically incompetent.

Me the dino just enjoyed a self-imposed fantasy. This was how it went~~I was there when all those libtarded dingbats applauded.
Once they all finished that applause, I offered to pass out as many cyanide pills I had somehow acquired, stating that their pill-popping
would offer relief for the breathing space of an overpopulated planet.
Yes, I know that in real life~~most especially in a blue state~~I'd be charged for attempted murder.

Remember: They thin their ranks with every non-generation. Their propagation is only through socialization.

Objectively, the purpose of Life, as a maxim, is continuity (for all living things). Continuity is achieved through two mechanisms; metabolizing energy and propagation. The homosexual/trans/abortion league is practicing suicide.

If these factions are so bent on self elimination .... let them go. Sorrowful? Yes. It's only a nuisance in the meantime.

The typical leftist has three goals - orgasms, power and money.

For the nihilists and the materialists, ethics, morality, honor, character, honesty, etc. are old-fashioned concepts, replaced by "values" - which are as enduring as the brittle leaves clinging to a late-autumn tree..

Liberal women packed the room and gleefully cheered. This is madness. These people are insane. Perhaps a gene for self-deletion is packed into those individuals that are insane. Thinking -- is this the sort of collective human behavior that occurs during the apex of the decadent phase of empire? I think Rand also said something along the lines of -- You can choose to ignore reality, but you cannot ignore the consequences of ignoring reality. These lunatics want to have their cake and eat it too -- to breed (copulate) without consequences. For my own part, I choose to have little to do with the insane, keeping my physical and intellectual distance from them.

    Funny Take:

    I am BOTH Pro-Life and Pro-Choice!!!

    1) I am Pro-Life for the mother
    2) I am Pro-Choice for the Fetus
(I want to raise that fetus up to a full grown person, and then give it the choice. MAID (Canada) makes that very possible...

    LOL.

BTW, this is the only logical approach, to me.
Otherwise, the fetus doesn't get a chance to object!

    Thinking in essentials --

A woman is a human being.
A fetus is a parasitic potential human being.
Not distinguishing the difference and a woman's, right to one's own body is ethically incompetent.

This is how Ayn Rand framed the issue. Her view was that the fetus has no rights until it is born. Not saying I agree with her, just pointing it out since this site is ostensibly dedicated to her philosophy.

Correct on what Ayn Rand had to say. I don't agree with her as she decided being human starts at birth and I submit it starts at conception. Others argue many points in between. I hold a great respect for Rand and the Objectivism she gave us, but I don't believe in her infallibility any more than a pope.

A human fetus is not a parasite but is a living being maturing through the natural gestational period of a normal life cycle ensuring the propagation and survival of the species. IMHO, Your use of the word parasite is misapplied as your definition can be applied to a 5 year old, a 10 year old, or even a 30 year old living off his/her parents or others.

"A fetus is a parasitic potential human being."

The internet defines a parasite as:
"A parasite is a living thing that grows, feeds, and lives on or inside another animal or plant—known as the host. The parasite gets food and shelter from the host, but it does not give anything back, and it usually harms the host..."

What harm to the woman is done by the baby in her womb? Does this apply to all mammalian females, or only human ones?

The parasite always invades the host. The fetus is not a thing prior to its conception, therefore, it cannot invade anything

Actually, the fetus imbues the mother with stem cells which in turn nourish and replenish the mother throughout her life.

This might be one reason that (statistically) women live longer than men.

This very emotional topic needs objective definitions, specifically of rights, and, as mentioned, one can’t abrogate one right to support another. There are two fundamentals regarding rights: individuated and social context—neither of which applies to the unborn. As horrendous as this “choice” may be, the fluid subjective interpretation of when the “right to life” begins needs an objective base. I’ve altered my view over the years to place that point at the moment the biological process of birthing begins (at whatever measurable biological point), the custodial transfer of that right begins, and any voluntary termination thereafter should be outlawed and is immoral. Because one “can” legally do something does not mean they should. The right to suicide is such an example. As an additional aside, any rational determination as to “when” the mother can decide needs to include the medical reality that the further along in the pregnancy, the greater the chance for her own individual medical well-being to be compromised, a fact that should be considered from the moment of the sexual act, to fertilization, through the various stages, to ultimately when the body begins the natural process of birthing.
