        The ASK: "Just make it make sense..." is the part I believe you were addressing... By essentially saying... "It's just what they do".

        FWIW, I was starting to end my OP with "Could it have anything to do with the Big D after her name..." with a total double entendre.

            Neal Boortz! Listened to him every day for years....Moved away from the ATL area about the time he retired. His book on the flat tax was the best tax system I had ever reviewed.

            Only fear would be once in place the "peoples representatives" would think the rate would need to be increased.....and increased....sigh...and you know the rest!

    Oh, no-oh! Me dino be a veteran without a single freakin' pet. Hey, but I do enjoy seeing visits to a pair of hummingbird feeders on the porch just outside my front door..
    Also, I took a course in basic economics during the Sixties either at Chipola Jr. College in Marianna, Florida, or at Troy State at Troy, Alabama.
    At least I know where "Antenna" is located. It's a Direct TV Dish on my roof just above my TV in my living room. Talk about me dino knowing a precise location! Believe I already done mentioned my hummingbird feeders. I think.
    And another thing. I've been buying Hondas since the turn of the century. Just never bought a Civic. Not specifically. No way!

      Yea, I know where my antenna's are too! On the Truck: Passenger side front fender, on the new Mini Cooper I just bought, right over the rear hatch and out the back door at work where I do screen repairs and such.
