Precisely calculated for that 2 minute goal.
Please limit your laughter to 8 seconds per meme!

LOL, "Healthiness" was the word, shaking my head. (SMH) . . .40 min walk all at once!?!?!? no rest every couple of mins?
I timed out the laughing at 8 seconds for each meme but truly, it doesn't come out even, some-more, others-less
If I made you laugh longer, you'd run out of breath just as you would on a jog.

Ha, a 20 minute jog would probably kill me so can I do a nice 40 minute walk to make up for it? Laugh Out Loud (3 words, LOL!).

Laughing, our goal was to get as much healthiness (LOL is that even a word?) as a 20 min jog . . . nothing saying one can reach out for more!

Only 2 minutes? As in not letting a human being have more fun than allowed? Pshaw, OUC! These are great and takes more than 2 minutes, LOL! Thank you!

The Robinson's robot was from "Lost in space"; a 60's TV Show and the leg was from a Dustin Hoffman movie "The Graduate" where an older Mrs Robinson seduces him.

I have a few issues sleeping and am using the same way you were. Been trying to keep it down, and have managed to not increase the "dosage". As long as I keep it close...have been able to stay off any time required weeks at a time for work, so again, I believe that I have it under control.
But thanks for telling your situation/resolution, Dino! Appreciate the info!

I have been loving my enemy since late night drinking to help me sleep gave me AFib, a close call with a stroke and put me in a hospital bed almost all of May.
Now when I push a grocery cart past the beer and wine, I just wave and say, "Hi, guys! Bye, guys!"
I also wave at the liquor store whenever I drive past it. "We had fun, Christian Brothers brandy!" It IS delicious stuff.
Early in May, I was on my iPhone in the hospital bed when I told my eldest son to pour half of what was left in a hefty jug of Carlo Rossi red down the drain of my kitchen sink.
Better to be a late night drunk than a complete alcoholic. Had no trouble not taking a drop since. Save at first for some lack of sleep.
During the last couple of weeks, I've been able to drop off into a sleep without an over the counter sleep aid. BTW, Chantix helped me quit a lifetime of smoking during 2012.
So maybe I'll make it to age 80 by next St. Patrick's Day. Shortly after my daughter drove me home from the hospital, I looked up "Death has many doors." That saying goes way back with no known author.

Good ones that help me forget about the current world situation. One day we're going to return the Iran to the Stone Age and the next day we're on the verge of a peace agreement. We used to have a saying about a situation like this, either defecate or get off the pot. I cleaned it up a little bit. 😉
