Moving The NYSE To Some Other City

Question: Does Wall Street have to be in New York City? Is there a federal law or edict that specifies New York City as the required location?
I know it’s called the New York Stock Exchange, but could it be called the Philadelphia Stock Exchange, or the Dallas Stock Exchange, or the Dubuque Stock Exchange? If it could be moved, how hard would it be?
And how much of a financial blow (if any) would it be to NYC if the stock exchange went somewhere else?
With everything that the commie mayor is doing (including his latest: doxxing private property owners who would be subject to his wealth tax), I often fantasize about ways to cut his legs out from under him. And I thought moving the NYSE to some other city night be an interesting idea, and wondered if it was possible.

The NYSE’s trading doesn’t actually happen on Wall Street anymore.
Over 99% of trades are executed electronically in massive data centers located in:
- Mahwah, New Jersey (NYSE primary data center)
- Chicago (redundancy and cross‑exchange routing)
The famous trading floor is mostly symbolic and used for media, IPO ceremonies, and a small portion of human-assisted trading.
Ah done read much mo' sharks now be fer bein' attracted to a naturally cyclical warmin' o' thet Gulf Of America.
Shucks, albeit Wall Street or Y'all Street, whut y'all think professional day traders done be?
Oh, n' taks fer settin' me off, starbirdie.
BUT That would get out US of Debt. And Bankers DO NOT LIKE THAT. (probably the real reason Russia is persona non-grata)
But FL is the location of MOST of the Trans-Atlantic Cables that connect the internet/banks around the world. It's already BEEN a major Financial Hub.
TX is NOT a lot better, if you ask me, LOL.
Also, where they put these things is usually the BIG NAP (Network Access Point, for the internet). Where they have 911 offices, and tons of backup power.
But mostly because, we are Officially: The Free State of Florida!
Thanks to Governor of my lifetime, Mr. Ron DeSantis!
LOL
Plano is a rapidly-growing suburb of DFW, for those of you who don't know. I lived there for 14 years before we moved to Tulsa, and we moved out at the time Toyota was building their headquarters there. We did well on the sale of our house. The buyers literally did not enter the house (they used a RE agent) until after the sale closed. If we'd waited another six months, we'd have done even better.
All that to say: Texas treats businesses much better than NY ever did or will.
NYC's entire economy has been dependent on the banking/WS cartel for a century.
Leaving would drive a final nail into the socialist coffin.
