Raw Milk

Big government in action, claiming to support public health but actually defending entrenched interests.
A long, long, time ago I was a grad student at a left coast U. After an apmt change I frequented a Co-Op market on the north side of campus. The north side, the dignified post-grad side.
This Co-Op had a curious reputation- it was highly favored by the mass of (radical) students yet was well run and profitable. An achievement of one man - the hard nosed manager. No one had a bad word to say about him, or the dissonance of their own philosophy. I was a customer for one prime reason- they sold Certified Raw Milk.
Cannot recall if it had a better taste, it was slightly more expensive than pasteurized/homogenized. I learned that it was controversial, was quite safe only if two rules were strictly observed- the expiry date and keeping it cool.
I survived, still alive, I think.
Bringing back the memory is this article by Dr Robert Malone, the mRNA pioneer, vax safety skeptic, often aligned with Ayn Rand and Hayek.

While reading it, I was reminded of a letter I read earlier today on a completely different topic, but with the same conclusion.
